Tim, a young misfit in society, sees two women being catcalled by superior-appearing males, and misunderstands that catcalling is the way to become a man’s man. After diligently practicing catcalling in his murky apartment, Tim is ready to face the streets as a first-time catcaller. When a young woman finally comes along, Tim blurts out an inappropriate greeting. Unfortunately for Tim, the woman turns out to be a very outspoken feminist, and Tim’s plan is derailed.
